Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Cyberxone platform. By creating an account you agree to them.

Last updated 2 August 2026 · Questions? hello@cyberxone.com

1. The service

Cyberxone provides an AI workspace, a curated software marketplace and professional services delivered by human specialists. Features available to you depend on your plan.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for a single organisation; team seats are included on plans that list them.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in US dollars.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remaining period.
  • Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.
  • Invoices and receipts are available in your dashboard.
  • Payment processing is not yet active. No charge can be made until a payment provider is connected and you explicitly authorise it.

4. Professional services

Specialist work begins only after scope is confirmed and, where paid work is involved, a written quotation is approved by you. Turnaround targets stated on the site are business targets, not guarantees, unless a signed SLA says otherwise.

5. Marketplace and third-party software

Software listed in the marketplace is produced by third-party vendors and governed by those vendors' own licences and terms. Cyberxone provides advice, procurement assistance and implementation services; we are not the manufacturer of that software and we do not claim any partnership, reseller or certification status that we do not hold.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Cyberxone to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, attempt to bypass authorisation controls, or generate content that is unlawful or abusive. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you supply and of deliverables produced for you once paid for. Cyberxone retains ownership of the platform, its models, templates and underlying technology.

8. AI output

AI-generated output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing it before commercial use — which is exactly why every workflow offers a professional review.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyberxone's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Termination and changes

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these terms. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Questions: hello@cyberxone.com.
