Privacy Policy

Cyberxone Inc. ("Cyberxone", "we", "us") operates the Cyberxone AI business operating platform. For any privacy request, contact us at hello@cyberxone.com.

• Account data — name, email address and authentication identifiers created when you sign up or use Google sign-in.
• Profile and onboarding answers — the business details you provide so recommendations and specialist briefs are relevant.
• Project content — briefs, submissions, marketplace orders and messages you send to specialists.
• Technical data — log records, error reports and basic device information needed to operate and secure the platform.

We do not collect payment card details. When a payment provider is connected, card data is handled by that provider and never stored on Cyberxone servers.

• To provide the workspace, marketplace and professional services you request.
• To route your work to the right specialist and communicate about it.
• To secure accounts, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
• To improve the product using aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your project content to train third-party AI models.

Where GDPR or similar law applies, we rely on contract performance (delivering the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (security, service improvement), consent (optional analytics and marketing) and legal obligation (records and tax).

We share data only with processors that run the platform — cloud hosting and database infrastructure, transactional email delivery, and, once connected, a payment provider. Specialists working on your project access only what that project requires. We may disclose data where legally required.

Account and project records are kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required for legal or accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account data sooner.

You can request access, correction, deletion, export or restriction of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@cyberxone.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Access to data is controlled by row-level security policies, role-based authorisation and encrypted transport. Passwords are hashed and checked against known-breach databases. Administrative functions are never exposed on public routes.

Our infrastructure providers may process data outside your country. Where required, those transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

We update this policy as the platform changes and revise the date at the top. Material changes are announced by email or in-product notice.
